As a spa guest, it is your responsibility to:

  • Communicate your preferences of therapist, length of service and concern at time of booking.

  • Communicate complete and accurate health information at time of visit to the assigned License Massage Therapist or Esthetician.

  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.

As a spa guest, you have the right to:

  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment.

  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.

  • Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect.

  • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.

  • Ask questions about your spa experience.

  • Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification are available on premise.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within three (3) days of your appointment.


Gratuity is always appreciated. At no time are you forced to leave Gratuity.

Late Arrival for Appointment

If late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.  If an appointment is more than 15 minutes late the therapist has the right to cancel the service and charge a fee.

Appointment will always be booked with a form of payment to hold the appointment spot. If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours or a client does not show for the time spot booked a fee is applied.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.


All sales are final. No returns are accepted.


Prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Gift Cards

Please treat tall gift cards like cash as it will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This voucher may not be redeemed or refunded for cash, nor will change be given. Any remainder of unused funds Can only be used for other services. They cannot be used for Gratuity or Product.

Service Animals and Pets

Signature Massage & Facial Spa does not allow pets of any kind into the building, we do allow trained service animals. Please bring appropriate paperwork with you to verify the service animal.


To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children must be 14 or older to receive Spa services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 17. Children under 14 who are not receiving Salon services may not be in our Spa lounges, Spa waiting areas or service areas at any time unless accompany by an adult.


Please be advised that no outside food or alcoholic beverages may be brought to the Spa. Water is provided for you to enjoy before and after your service(s).


A handicap-accessible ramp and all service rooms are available. Service techs or Spa staff are not allowed to lift people onto tables. If such assistance is required, please bring a personal care attendant. Signature Massage & Facial Spa is handicap-accessible through the front entrance and can accommodate wheelchairs. Handicap- accessible restrooms are available. Please let us know when making your appointment if you require accessibility.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Spa Finder, Spa Wellness, Spa Week and Signature Massage & Facial Spa Gift Cards. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Reminder- All Gift Certificates cannot be combined with our discounting programs. If you currently have a Signature Massage and Facial Gift Certificate, Spa Finder or Spa Wellness Card we cannot accept it with Early Bird or Combo Discounts at this time.

Early Bird Special And Massage & Facial Combo Programs are Cash Credit or Debit card Only

Online Bookings

Cancellation Policy As a courtesy to other Spa guests and our therapists, please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid full charge. A credit card number is required and a Full payment at the time of all bookings.  All appointment needing rescheduling before the 24 hours of the appointment will not be charged. Same day rescheduling will be charge Full price of the appointment. No Show Appointments: Failure to show for an online scheduled appointment will result in a credit card charge of the entire price of the missed appointment. By booking your appointment online, you agree to this term and condition and to the credit card charge. • Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in loss of right to Signature Massage And Facial Spa Online Booking Program.
